Applications of Computer Servo Control Bending Testing Machine:

Model SWQ-300 computer control servo control bending testing machine are mainly used for bending tests for metallic sheet & round bars as per standards of GB/T232, ISO 7438, ASTM E190, ASTM E290, etc. metallic material bend test. A vertical oil cylinder on the top of the machine to apply vertical bending load; Two horizontal synchronous-controlled oil cylinders are installed at both sides of the load frame to apply horizontal pressing test load and adjust the span of two bending supports. With the computer, software, this machine can do the bending test automatically. It is widely used in many fields such as industry factories, mineral enterprise and high schools.

Bending & pressing movement can be performed at the same time. Vertical oil cylinder with stroke limit function is easy for batch test.
Vertical cylinder is installed on the top of the machine to do bending test, while horizontal cylinders are installed at both sides of the machine to do pressing test.
Locking mechanism of bending span is designed specially.
Safety actions as over load protection and over stroke protection are considered
With computer control system, the machine can realize displacement close-loop control, bending angle can be set in the software, and speed and displacement-time test curve can be shown in real time. The software can control and adjust the span of the supports automatically.
