Überblick
QL-450 series melt flow rate meter is mainly used for the analysis and research of melt flow rate of thermoplastics under certain conditions. Die Schmelzflussrate (Schmelzpunkt) of the thermoplastic refers to the mass of the plastic passing through the standard die every 10 minutes under a certain temperature and load. It is expressed by the MFR (MI) Wert, which can distinguish the thermoplastic in the molten state of viscous flow characteristics. The test is great significance to the quality assurance of raw materials and products of thermoplastics and chemical fiber.
