Introduction

WAW – 1000 E Computer Control Electro-hydraulic Servo Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine,This type machine is suitable for metal sheet,bar,screw and other products mechanical properties test .The relative tension fixture can be used to complete the tensile test of steel pipe,fastener, electronic power fittings, anchor,stand, chain and the other products .The Relative compression fixture can be used to complete the compresion test of cement,concrete,stone,block, hollow brick, spring and other products. The relative bending fixture can be used to complete the bending test of metal sheet ,bolt sheet performance test and so on.

Load Frame:

1>The oil cylinder is at the bottom of the load frame. Tension space is at the upside and compression & bending spaces are between lower crosshead and working table. It is adopting oil hydraulic power to push the piston in the oil cylinder to provide loading force. The lower crosshead is driven by motor through decelerator, chain transmission device and screw pair to realize the adjustment of testing space.
2>The machine with high rigidity test frame, can be fully loaded tensile testing, can meet high frequency test requirement.The central line of the upper and lower chucks and the tension axis of the tester are coaxially 5%.
3>High-precision gap seal cylinder,the unique static pressure oil film-free-oriented technology to protect the testing process running in the relatively indiscriminate friction environment.
4>Adopting inching and adjust speed hydraulic clamping device , provide more clamping security care.
5>Wedge jaw
The whole jaw is made of alloy steel,Heat treatment after Precision Machining in NC Machining Center,To ensure the economic service life of jaw, and to prevent slippage caused by pliers deformation.
